Get reminders whether
you’re online or not
With the new Desktop Assistant, all the Calendar reminders you usually
receive by email also appear in a popup window on your computer desktop.
When the reminder appears, you can turn it off or set it to snooze so it
pops up again in a few minutes.
To take advantage of this new feature, you must first install the Desktop
Assistant on your computer. To do this, select Tools
> Utilities from the Menu. Click the Desktop
Assistant link, then click the Download
Now button.
