If you created the event, or if you are an administrator, you can edit the event.
Find the event you want to change, and then click the title of the event to display the event details.
Click the Edit button in the Command Bar.
If it is a recurring event,
indicate whether you want to change all the events in the series, or just
this single event.
Make changes to the event as needed.
To change the file or image posted with the event, click the Remove
checkbox, and then click Browse
to add the new file.
Click Save
in the Command Bar.
If you are editing a meeting, indicate whether you want to resend meeting
invitations. If you changed the time of the meeting, for example, it's
a good idea to resend invitations to let members know about the time change.
You see a preview of how the event appears. If other participants are involved, they now see the updated event information in their Calendars.
If you are an administrator editing an event that you did not create, you will be able to assign a new highlight color or change the existing color. However, this color will display only in the event creator's calendar, so will not be visible when you view their calendar.
If you created the event, or if you are an administrator, you can delete the event from your web office. If other members were listed as participants, you can automatically notify them about the cancellation. If you are deleting a web or audio event from your Calendar, the WebEx Meeting will automatically be removed.
Find the event you want to change, and then click the Title of the event to display the event details.
Click the Delete button in the Command Bar.
If it is a recurring event, indicate whether you want to delete all the events in the series, or just this single event.
If there were other Participants involved in this event, indicate whether you want to notify them about the cancellation or not. You can include a comment about the reason for the cancellation. This comment appears in the email notification they receive.
Click Ok at the confirmation screen.
