First, download and install the Intellisync® software from your site.
Next, back up your data in Microsoft Outlook® or Palm™. (It's always prudent to back up before a synchronization.)
Begin the synchronization using the Intellisync client software.

What is synchronization?
Synchronization is the process of importing or exporting information to
and from your site. You can do one-way imports and exports or synchronize.
Synchronization compares the data in your site to the data in Outlook
or Palm, and then makes any necessary changes to both systems to make
sure they contain the same data.
What
can I synchronize?
For example, you can:
- Export your web office member list to Outlook or Palm
- Import all the contacts you have in Outlook into your site
- Synchronize events on your Palm with events in your web office calendar
- Synchronize tasks in your site with those in Outlook
