Now you can get reminders right on your computer desktop for meetings and other events scheduled in your web office—you don't even need to be online or check your em ail to get the reminder.
The WebOffice Desktop Assistant runs right on your computer's desktop. When it's almost time for your meeting, a small reminder window pops up, giving you time to make last minute preparations and make sure you arrive on time.

When the reminder appears, you can turn it off or set it to snooze so it pops up again in a few more minutes.
To run the Desktop Assistant, you must be using one of the following operating systems:
Windows® XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98 SE
Note: To use the Desktop Assistant, you must also have the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. In most cases, it is already installed on your computer.
To check to see if you have it, go to Start > Settings > Control Panel, and then double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon. If you see Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 in the list of programs, the latest version is already installed and you do not need to install it again. If you do not have it installed, run Microsoft update or click here to download it from the Microsoft website.
